Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

Simple Life is looking for a high‑energy, results‑driven Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the execution of influencer campaigns across the US and UK markets. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to ensure smooth collaboration from outreach to performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with influencers, negotiate deliverables, pricing and timelines while maintaining professionalism.
• Coordinate and supervise scouts who identify potential influencers, review submissions and ensure quality standards.
• Evaluate influencer profiles for relevance, audience authenticity, engagement rates and platform fit.
• Summarize campaign performance, influencer response rates and outreach metrics for the manager.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, especially outreach, negotiations and campaign launches.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer activations simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and a data‑friendly mindset for reviewing metrics and budgets.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and key influencer marketing metrics.
• Experience in health & wellness products and familiarity with the US and UK influencer space is a plus.
