Information Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an Information Manager to oversee the collection, validation and management of human‑annotated datasets that train AI models. The position is fully remote and full‑time, supporting a global leader in data infrastructure and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update human‑annotated datasets used for AI model training and evaluation.
• Review and validate data labels to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across all datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and resolve annotation discrepancies.
• Document data collection methods, labeling guidelines and quality‑control procedures.
• Monitor data pipeline performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience with data annotation, validation or quality‑assurance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes and guidelines.

Required skills

• Label Studio or Prodigy (or similar data‑labeling tools).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases or other data‑management platforms.
