Information Security Engineer

About the role

The client is a real‑time payment services company seeking an Information Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain security controls for its payment infrastructure. The role focuses on end‑to‑end network and application security, DevSecOps integration and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop secure architecture for new systems, applying Zero Trust and micro‑segmentation principles.
• Design, implement and manage cloud security controls across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Configure and tune security tools such as SIEM, EDR, WAF and IAM for optimal threat detection.
• Deploy Zero Trust Network Access and privileged access management solutions.
• Operate vulnerability scanning tools, coordinate patch management and drive remediation.
• Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines and conduct secure code reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in FinTech or payments.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, OSCP) are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST).
