Integrated Solutions Well Engineer

About the role

The Integrated Solutions Well Engineer will ensure engineering activities align with HSE policies, support tender bids, and deliver well design and operational procedures for construction, completion, intervention, and abandonment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare well designs, plans, and operational procedures for various well operations.
• Develop technical service specifications, third‑party requirements, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to create risk registers and contingency plans.
• Monitor daily project progress, expenditures, and technical KPIs against benchmarks.
• Participate in peer reviews, root‑cause investigations, and prepare comprehensive technical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (MS preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in well construction, completions, intervention or optimization.
• Knowledge of conventional rotary drilling, horizontal/multilateral wells, pad drilling and unconventional operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Well design and planning software (hydraulics, torque‑and‑drag, basic casing design).
• Risk register creation and contingency planning.
• MS Office suite and Power BI for data analysis.
• Understanding of geo‑mechanics and well control.
