Interior Designer – Full-Time

About the role

The Interior Designer will lead the MICASSO design consultation experience, helping customers visualise and select coordinated tile and finish solutions for a variety of spaces. The role blends design expertise, product knowledge and commercial awareness to turn customer ideas into complete, aesthetically cohesive MICASSO space solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional design consultations, understanding customer preferences, lifestyle, budget and aesthetic goals.
• Develop coordinated product recommendations that combine MICASSO tiles with complementary finishes for floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and indoor/outdoor transitions.
• Review floor plans, measurements and reference images to advise on tile sizes, layouts, patterns and material combinations.
• Create customer‑specific mood boards, colour palettes, material pairings and visual concepts that clearly communicate design proposals.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities while ensuring recommendations meet aesthetic, functional and budgetary constraints.

Required profile

• Strong design expertise and visualisation ability.
• Excellent customer consultation and communication skills.
• Good product knowledge of tiles and complementary finishes.
• Commercial awareness and ability to propose budget‑appropriate solutions.
