Internal Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Internal Recruiter to support our growing organization by attracting top talent for the U.S. market. This remote position focuses on sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines, and creating opportunities rather than simply reviewing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening interviews, candidate assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand recruitment priorities and use ATS, CRM, and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for the U.S. market.
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing, outbound recruiting, and engaging passive candidates.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered recruiting tools and automation.
