Investor Relations Specialist (Renewable)

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to support its IR team in loan compliance, lender due diligence, and analytical projects. This role offers hands‑on experience with global lenders and investors in a fast‑paced social‑enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial and operational reports for lenders and internal senior leadership.
• Maintain lender records, support loan signing and closing, and improve IR processes.
• Coordinate due‑diligence requests, gather information across teams, and create summaries, spreadsheets, and presentations for current and prospective lenders.
• Assist with financial modeling, dashboards, research, and special projects to inform finance and IR decisions.

Required profile

• Good understanding of finance and accounting, with exposure to financial statement analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Top‑performing undergraduate background and ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (including complex formulas such as INDEX, MATCH, LOOKUP).
• Financial modeling experience in Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
