IT Analyst I – Supply Chain Systems

About the role

The Techno‑Functional Analyst supports, enhances, and optimises Oracle Supply Chain Management systems used for global supply‑chain operations. You will work closely with the GSCM team, business stakeholders and external service providers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design end‑to‑end process, data and technology solutions for procurement, inventory, costing and supplier management.
• Configure, support and optimise Oracle Fusion SCM modules, manage system enhancements, maintenance activities and project implementations.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to resolve issues, manage enhancements and ensure service quality.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, testing, user training, deployment and post‑production support.
• Lead data migration, master data management and data‑integration initiatives, ensuring data quality and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least six years’ experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems, including full‑lifecycle ERP implementation.
• Proven ability to analyse user needs, document requirements and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT) and release‑management processes.
