IT Consultant – Support & Systems Specialist

About the role

Leen & Layan (EPZ) Ltd is seeking an IT Consultant to join its team in Mombasa. The role focuses on delivering reliable IT support, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring data systems run efficiently within a fast‑moving export processing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and upgrade servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools.
• Assist with data management, backup procedures, and system optimisation.
• Conduct basic training sessions for staff on IT best practices and tool usage.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
