About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting network hardware and software.
• Support the configuration and monitoring of LAN/WAN environments.
• Help resolve end‑user technical issues and ensure service continuity.
• Participate in documentation of network topology and procedures.
• Contribute to small‑scale IT projects and upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in media and broadcasting technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN basics.
