IT Risk Manager – Risk

About the role

The Information Technology Risk Manager will support the Head of Risk and Compliance in protecting Finserve data and IT systems. The role focuses on implementing Technology Information Cybersecurity (TICS) controls, fostering a cyber‑security culture, and ensuring the company meets its TICS commitments to regulators and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data analytics strategy for IT and cybersecurity risk reporting within the subsidiary.
• Manage data standards, governance and implementation in line with BCBS 239.
• Support digitisation of key IT governance processes, including policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead audit issue remediation and monitor IT headcount and skill development.
• Drive initiatives to improve risk culture and review new systems and products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Technology Information Cybersecurity (TICS) risk assessment.
• Knowledge of adhering to technology information security policies and frameworks.
• Ability to create employee awareness and training on TICS policies.
