Junior Governance / Policy Expert

About the role
NTU International is seeking a Junior Governance / Policy Expert to support the implementation of the EU‑funded Cooperation Facility in Lesotho. The role will involve short‑term, on‑demand assignments over the 48‑month project period, starting January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Support governance assessments, policy research and institutional analyses.
- Assist in drafting technical reports and policy briefs.
- Support stakeholder consultations and project implementation activities.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in governance, policy analysis or institutional development.
- Experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded projects is a plus.
