Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer works alongside the Senior Graphic Designer to create design solutions with a high visual impact. The role covers a wide range of projects, from print materials to digital assets, within a blended cross-functional team that also helps lead client engagements. The designer contributes to design projects while staying aligned with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters and reports
• Produce digital assets such as website graphics, social media images and templates
• Prepare presentation materials like PowerPoint slides and infographics
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts with the design team
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite software to produce high-quality design work
• Keep designs consistent with brand guidelines and the company's visual identity
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices
• Take part in design reviews and team meetings, give constructive feedback and accept criticism
• Help manage design projects so they are delivered on time and meet deadlines

Required profile

• Degree in graphic design or a related field
• A strong portfolio showing good understanding of design principles and typography
• At least 2 years of experience in a design environment

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Photography, video production, animation, motion graphics and podcast production
• Basic understanding of AI tools and their use in design
