Junior Operations Manager – Settlements & Liquidity

About the role

HoneyCoin is building the financial infrastructure that powers Africa’s next wave of commerce. As a Junior Operations Manager – Settlements & Liquidity you will support core financial pipelines, ensuring customer settlements and provider withdrawals run smoothly while maintaining adequate liquidity.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and settle high volumes of customer payments on time, keeping settlement records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor operational dashboards and provider float, processing manual and automated withdrawals to maintain liquidity across the business.
• Maintain daily withdrawal, deposit and settlement records using Excel, Cortex and other internal systems, and prepare reporting formats for settlements and reimbursements.
• Identify platform issues or payment delays, log details clearly and escalate to the Senior Operations Manager for resolution.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, fintech, finance or related data‑entry work.
• Understanding of blockchain transactions and ability to quickly learn complex internal admin dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling high‑volume financial transactions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data recording and reporting.
• Knowledge of blockchain transaction fundamentals.
• Proficiency navigating internal admin dashboards.
