Key Account Manager – Phone

About the role

Jumia is seeking a Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and account managers of top brands and distributors in the phone category. You will act as a key external representative of Jumia, driving sales growth and maximizing revenue across your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and revenue for assigned accounts.
• Acquire new high‑potential brands and large distributors to expand Jumia’s assortment.
• Promote and sell Jumia’s advertising and visibility services to partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial planning to create tailored promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate win‑win agreements and long‑term partnerships with key accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the phone or retail industry with strong market knowledge.
• Graduate of a top‑tier business or engineering school.
• Proven commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business results.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or relationship‑management tools.
