Key Accounts Manager

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will act as the primary liaison between the company and its most important clients. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, expanding account revenue, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role is critical for driving growth within the manufacturing and warehousing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts for long‑term success.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor client orders, ensure timely delivery, and provide regular updates.
• Prepare reports on account activity, sales performance, and forecasts.
• Stay informed about market trends to convert new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably in branding.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Minimum of 2 years active driving experience (mandatory).
