Lead Caregiver – Yakima

About the role

Join our award‑winning caregiving team as a Lead Caregiver in Yakima. You will support critical shifts, fill‑ins, new client assignments, and train new caregivers while providing high‑quality home care.

Key responsibilities

• Cover short‑notice shifts across assigned service areas.
• Assist new clients and provide training for incoming caregivers.
• Perform daily living activities: housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, grooming, and companionship.
• Transport clients to appointments using your own vehicle.
• Assist with gait belt or Hoyer transfers and monitor client condition.

Required profile

• CNA or HCA certification valid in Washington state.
• Valid Washington driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to drive up to an hour to client locations.
• Availability Sunday‑Thursday, 7:00 am‑5:00 pm with occasional flexibility.

Required skills

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credentials.
• Safe driving and vehicle maintenance.
