About the role

An international team is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to work on site in Nairobi, Kenya. The role supports the team by identifying prospects, building targeted lead lists and maintaining high-quality data that drives business growth. The working hours are 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Kenya time, with a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

  • Research companies and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain prospect databases
  • Verify and organise contact information
  • Support sales teams with lead generation and list-building activities
  • Use prospecting and CRM tools to identify qualified leads

Required profile

  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, data research, sales support or a related field
  • Strong internet research and analytical skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Detail-oriented, organised and eager to learn; junior candidates with strong research skills are welcome

Required skills

  • Excel and Google Sheets
  • CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Data Axle is highly preferred
