Lead Support Engineer

About the role

As a Lead Support Engineer you will be the primary point of contact for one or several top‑tier enterprise customers, guiding them through adoption and growth on the Tamu platform. You will combine deep technical expertise with a strong customer focus to ensure successful operations and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship with assigned enterprise customers and act as their trusted advisor.
• Drive successful platform adoption, data migrations and ongoing configuration to match evolving business needs.
• Design and implement workflows, integrations and custom configurations, or produce detailed specifications for engineering.
• Maintain data integrity and oversee migrations, ensuring clean and trustworthy data on the platform.
• Gather feedback from customers and channel insights to influence product roadmap and platform enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise relationships and earning senior‑level trust.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to read data, write scripts/configurations and reason about data models.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Effective communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
