Learner - Cybersecurity

About the role

The Learner – Cybersecurity works closely with the TS Systems Integration team to perform configurations, installations and handle less‑complex break/fix events. The role aims to achieve associate‑level certification while building business knowledge and technical competence.

Key responsibilities

• Start owning portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Action configurations and installations.
• Attend to break/fix events throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide support and work alongside other team members.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of technical design principles.
• Ability to grasp fundamental project and administration processes.
• Strong learning orientation and proactive hands‑on approach.
• Good verbal communication and client‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Knowledge of security concepts and their application.
• Familiarity with cloud services on at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, application design concepts, and project fundamentals.
