Learning Specialist – Remote, $60k/year

About the role

As a Learning Specialist you will support K-8 students in a remote, AI-driven environment, turning performance data into real-time coaching. You will work from any Wi-Fi-enabled location, helping learners achieve mastery in just two focused hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate academic data reports and analyze anomalies, triggering fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid-response “rescue” calls and post-assessment coaching sessions to remove learning blockers.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps while designing AI/LLM prototypes to enhance learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of coaching, training, or instructional experience with K-8 students.
• At least 1 year of hands-on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts.
• Availability to work core hours Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑12:00 PM U.S. time.
