Lecturer – Physiotherapy (Full‑time)

About the role
Tangaza University seeks a full‑time Lecturer in Physiotherapy to deliver undergraduate lectures, supervise practical sessions and contribute to curriculum development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and teach undergraduate courses using learner‑centred methods.
- Conduct practical, skills‑lab and clinical placement sessions and supervise students.
- Prepare course outlines, teaching materials, set and mark examinations, including OSCEs.
- Supervise student research projects and mentor students.
- Participate in curriculum review, research, publication and community outreach.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or related rehabilitation science (PhD preferred).
- At least two years of university‑level teaching experience.
- Current registration and valid practising licence with the relevant regulatory body.
- Degree recognised by the Commission for University Education (CUE) and ability to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Willingness to teach in classroom, laboratory, clinical and community settings.
Required skills
- ICT/e‑learning proficiency.
