Logistics and Operations Manager

About the role

Terrestris is seeking a Logistics and Operations Manager to lead multiple high‑stakes deployment contracts. You will be the authority for end‑to‑end supply chain, asset movement, and workforce staffing, ensuring mission‑critical operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, operation, and demobilisation of multiple asset deployments, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, reporting and maintenance tasks.
• Serve as the central command contact, maintain 24/7 operational readiness, and provide emergency response support, after‑hours troubleshooting and mission‑critical repairs.
• Communicate with onsite staff to ensure field locations meet physical, technical and environmental requirements.
• Evaluate upcoming deployment demands, forecast and assign physical assets and qualified personnel across active sites.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians, engineers or installation crews to multiple contract sites, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, SLAs and mission objectives.
• Document completion of deployment phases to trigger contractual billing cycles and revenue recognition.
• Monitor mission performance and provide immediate and regular feedback to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience managing Base Camp Operations, Emergency or Rapid Deployment Operations, Logistics Support Areas (LSAs) or similar programs.
• OSHA 30‑hour construction safety training (or equivalent).
• Experience with safety compliance in Base Camp or LSA operations.
• Strong knowledge of Base Camp/LSA support services.
