Logistics Operator I – Inclusive for People with Disabilities

About the role
BRF is looking for an entry‑level Logistics Operator to join its warehouse team in the interior of São Paulo. The position is reserved for candidates with disabilities (PcD) and offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving food production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Separate product batches and identify damaged boxes.
- Perform palletizing tasks and assist with vehicle management in the yard.
- Load and unload products safely.
- Identify items approaching expiration dates.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and contribute to ESG initiatives.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is desirable.
- Willingness to receive training and continuous guidance.
