LPG Territory Manager – C&I (Nairobi & Mombasa)

About the role

A leading energy marketing company operating across East and Southern Africa, which sells LPG in cylinders and in bulk under consumer brands, is recruiting two LPG Territory Managers for its Commercial & Industrial segment. One position is based in Nairobi and the other in Mombasa. The role drives bulk and packed sales growth, strengthens key accounts and ensures regulatory compliance with HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory sales and volume growth in the C&I segments, in line with the LPG Sales Policy
• Serve as main contact for C&I clients, run business reviews and secure renewals
• Build a prospect pipeline of installers, architects and other partners, and onboard new bulk and packed accounts
• Manage trade accounts receivable and credit risk
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing, and share insights with the sales manager
• Work with operations and logistics on supply reliability and stock planning
• Prepare monthly contact plans, assess service delivery and safety compliance at client sites, and organise LPG safety and product knowledge training
• Report daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and track MTD targets
• Ensure compliance with LN 100 and other LPG safety regulations, promote genuine LPG and follow the Code of Ethics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, commercial business development or key account management
• Experience recruiting new clients and identifying commercial projects
• Experience with international or multinational companies strongly preferred
• Must be based in Nairobi or Mombasa
