About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead the marketing and sale of exclusive luxury residential apartments in Nairobi. The role focuses on high‑value property transactions, building relationships with affluent clients, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads for luxury residential projects.
• Conduct property viewings, present offerings, and negotiate terms with discerning buyers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Maintain and expand a network of high‑net‑worth individuals and real‑estate investors.
• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in luxury or high‑value segments.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close property transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship management skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented professional with a strong work ethic.
