Mail Services Specialist II (Tier 2) – Manda Bay

About the role

Fluor is seeking a Mail Services Specialist II (Tier 2) to manage mail handling and support services at the Manda Bay project site. The role involves collecting, sorting, and delivering mail and packages for contractors and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with military postal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up mail from military post offices and transport it to the project site or multiple camps.
• Sort and deliver letters and packages to contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Obtain and distribute personal and intra‑departmental courier packages.
• Maintain accurate rosters of contractor and subcontractor personnel in coordination with Human Resources.
• Provide data to Automated Information Systems (AIS) as required.
• Operate light and medium material handling equipment (MHE) for mail movement.
• Ensure all activities comply with DoD postal regulations and USPS policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (or comparable education/experience).
• Minimum of two years of related mail handling or logistics experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Authorization to work in the country of the position.
• May require a valid U.S. passport and state driver’s license.

Required skills

• Operation of light and medium Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Use of Automated Information Systems (AIS) for data entry.
