About the role

We are seeking four experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Naivasha. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the performance of industrial and agricultural machinery used in our production facilities. You will work closely with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service a variety of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with production staff to optimise operational efficiency.
• Ensure minimal downtime in production operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Strong background in mechanics and electronics.
• Experience with industrial or agricultural machinery is a strong advantage.
