R&D / Engineering Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a visionary R&D/Engineering Supervisor to lead the full product development lifecycle—from concept through industrialization—for cutting‑edge electronic solutions. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, ensuring innovative designs are translated into reliable, market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the R&D roadmap, setting timelines and milestones.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engineers and technicians.
• Review and approve prototype designs and testing reports.
• Coordinate with Production and QA to guarantee smooth industrialization.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and protect intellectual property.
• Select components and technologies for new product development.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in product design, electronics manufacturing, or R&D management.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and industrialization processes.
• Knowledge of IP compliance and documentation standards.
