Manager, Balance Sheet Management

About the role

Support the Head of Balance Sheet Management in executing the bank’s balance sheet agenda across funding, liquidity, asset‑liability management and governance, delivering robust analysis, forecasts and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain funding and liquidity forecasts, identify gaps, concentration risks and refinancing needs.
• Monitor actual funding performance against approved plans, risk appetite and regulatory limits, and explain material variances.
• Coordinate the monthly ALCO process, prepare executive commentary and track action items.
• Lead the annual ILAAP process, including liquidity stress testing and recovery planning.
• Maintain a robust control environment, reconcile key reports and drive automation and process improvements.

Required profile

• At least seven years of banking experience with exposure to balance sheet, funding, liquidity and ALM.
• Experience preparing senior‑management, ALCO, board or regulatory submissions and managing cross‑functional deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of banking, financial markets, prudential requirements and governance standards.
