Marketing & Customer Relationship Coordinator

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Marketing & Customer Relationship Coordinator in the automotive sales industry, based along Ngong Road. The role covers customer relationship management, lead follow-up, marketing and social media coordination, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer information and interactions in the CRM system and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email and social media, and follow up after enquiries and purchases.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media and referrals, qualify them and hand them to the sales team.
• Support the sales team with customer information, identify repeat business, referrals and upselling opportunities, and track lead progress.
• Support marketing content and campaigns, manage the social media presence and respond to comments and messages.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, exhibitions and events, and monitor customer response.
• Monitor customer feedback and competitor activity, communicate insights to sales and management, and prepare basic marketing and lead activity reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, customer relationship management, sales support or a related role.
• Experience in the automotive industry, motor vehicle dealership or related sales environment is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Practical experience using CRM systems.
• Experience managing or engaging audiences on social media platforms.
