Marketing Executive – Corporate & MICE

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive – Corporate & MICE to drive business growth and strengthen brand visibility within the hospitality sector in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell corporate, group, government and MICE services, achieving revenue targets and building relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to develop competitive pricing strategies and monitor market trends.
• Act as primary liaison for corporate and MICE clients, ensuring seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, digital content and promotional materials for corporate and MICE segments.
• Maintain accurate client databases, prepare regular sales performance reports and ensure data integrity in CRM tools.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate/MICE sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Kenyan hospitality and MICE market with existing industry networks.
