Marketing Executive

About the role

The Villa Rosa Kempinski hotel in Nairobi is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager/Director of Sales & Marketing. The role involves promoting the hotel and its outlets, ensuring brand compliance, and assisting with a wide range of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the marketing office, including scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing activities such as collateral production, promotions, advertising, market analysis, and social‑media calendars.
• Maintain hotel listings in online and offline media and manage guest database for mailings.
• Coordinate with the F&B department to promote outlets and liaise with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers.
• Support budget monitoring, competition checks, and the preparation of presentations and giveaways.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop.
• Familiarity with layout software like InDesign.
