Marketing Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive based in Nairobi. The role covers brand activations, digital and social media campaigns, market research, product promotion and marketing reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute brand activation activities and promotional campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners
• Support digital and social media campaigns, create and schedule content, monitor engagement and prepare performance reports
• Conduct market research, benchmark competitors and analyse campaign performance
• Promote products and support product launches and sales initiatives
• Maintain records of marketing activities, prepare regular reports and manage marketing materials

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand activations, digital/social media campaigns or a related role
• Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, product promotions and marketing events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking and good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
