Marketing Intern

About the role

The Marketing Intern will support the BAM Marketing Manager and the Brand and Marketing team in delivering marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. This position offers hands‑on exposure to branding, communications, digital marketing, events and campaign execution within the BAM function.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activities.
• Assist in creating content for social media, internal communications and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders on BAM marketing deliverables.
• Help organize corporate events, activations, sponsorships and brand engagements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support BAM marketing initiatives.
• Support the management of digital platforms, including social media pages and website updates.
• Track and compile campaign performance reports and marketing analytics.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefs and other marketing documentation.
• Ensure branding compliance and consistent use of brand guidelines.
• Manage marketing inventory, branded merchandise and promotional materials.
• Provide administrative support to the Brand and Marketing team as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing studies in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
