Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Kenya, focusing on the solar energy sector. The role involves developing and executing co‑branding campaigns, managing events, and expanding our digital presence to drive brand awareness and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and local distributors to design and launch innovative co‑branding marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with key customers in core markets, providing support and discussing strategic development plans from a marketing perspective.
• Plan and execute branding events such as expos, seminars, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
• Create and manage content for existing social media platforms across African markets and establish new digital channels.
• Develop new promotion channels, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers.
• Maintain regular communication with solar industry organisations, PV associations and relevant government bodies.

Required profile

• Hard‑working professional with a hands‑on mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in renewable energy is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, dynamic and customer‑focused.
