Marketing Manager

About the role

Ufanisi Digital Media is looking for a Marketing Manager in Nairobi to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies that meet the organization's objectives, and to manage its marketing, advertising and promotional activities effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Conduct market research to determine the needs of existing and future products
• Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand and develop marketing platforms, including social media platforms
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver activities within it
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
• Develop pricing strategy, create marketing presentations and liaise with media and advertising
• Collaborate with the sales function and monitor industry best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or an equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in developing and managing marketing strategies across all aspects of the role
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevant product and industry knowledge

Required skills

• Digital marketing: experience with relevant software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication, formal presentation and data analysis skills
• Organization, planning, strategic thinking, team leadership and creativity
