Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Nairobi)

About the role

The company is a growing real‑estate developer in Nairobi seeking a strategic, creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation campaigns across digital, print and community channels, and collaborate with sales to convert leads into bookings.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity, oversee creation of marketing materials and develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns, digital activities (social media, email, SEO, SEM, online ads) and coordinate property expos, launches and other events.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the marketing team, conduct regular meetings and ensure accountability.
• Prepare regular performance reports, track KPIs such as cost‑per‑lead and ROI, and support budget allocation.
• Oversee website, social platforms and use CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences and track journeys.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum five years of marketing experience, including at least two years in Kenyan real‑estate marketing.
• At least two years in a team‑leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan real‑estate market and consumer behaviour in Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos.
