Marketing Officer – Social Media & Campaigns

About the role

Connect Coffee is looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Officer to boost brand visibility and customer engagement across all its branches. You will manage the company’s social media presence, support marketing campaigns, and produce promotional content that aligns with the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content on all social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments and customer inquiries promptly.
• Track social media metrics and adjust content strategy to improve performance.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal offers.
• Coordinate campaign rollout across branches and digital channels.
• Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, newsletters and digital banners.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce visual content.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Support planning and execution of marketing events and evaluate post‑event performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media management or brand communications.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage or retail is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑platform social media accounts.
