About the role

iClear Wellife Service Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its growing Marketing Department. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing projects and campaigns.
• Manage the content publishing calendar across all social media platforms.
• Track social media inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up with the Sales team.
• Coordinate content production timelines among team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain marketing reports, activity trackers, and documentation.
• Organize marketing assets and improve workflow efficiency.
• Support campaign planning, execution, and event coordination.
• Facilitate communication between the Marketing Department and other teams.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with excellent coordination skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
