Marketing & Product Content Coordinator – Night Shift (US Hours)

About the role

Talent Match Africa is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing & Product Content Coordinator to support its marketing, design and product data functions. The role works night‑shift US hours and is based in one of the company’s offices in South Africa or Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Design flyers, product spotlights, brochures and other promotional assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other social platforms, monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Edit images and produce short‑form videos for campaigns, maintaining a digital asset library.
• Create and maintain product listings, source images and specifications, and update website content.
• Maintain product, marketing and pricing data in Excel, perform data cleaning, comparisons and analysis using functions such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.

Required profile

• Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation or marketing coordination.
• Strong graphic‑design abilities and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience managing LinkedIn or other social media channels.
• Excellent research, organisational and multitasking skills.
