Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Business Development Managers and marketing team across Soliant’s practice areas. This support role focuses on event strategy, logistics, and pre‑event sales intelligence, ensuring our BDMs have high‑quality opportunities at every conference.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate industry conferences and events relevant to Soliant’s practice areas.
• Plan and coordinate sponsored event presence, including booth setup and representation.
• Attend events as needed to represent Soliant and gather on‑site insights.
• Analyze attendee lists, build prospect profiles, and prepare concise briefing packages for BDMs.
• Prioritize multiple practice areas and manage competing deadlines independently.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
