Marketing Specialist – Product Development & Launch

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive the end‑to‑end development, launch and post‑launch management of new products. Working closely with design, sales, quality, manufacturing and distribution teams, you will ensure that every product is commercially, operationally and visually ready before it reaches the market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full product development cycle from factory development through pre‑launch and post‑launch activities.
• Track milestones, approvals, deadlines and launch requirements across all relevant departments.
• Gather and organise product specifications, images, samples, packaging, marketing materials and showroom requirements ahead of launch.
• Support the planning and execution of launch events and monitor product performance after release.
• Maintain accurate project timelines, action plans and documentation for both new and existing products.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays or gaps that could impact launch schedules.
• Liaise with design, marketing, sales, quality, manufacturing, logistics and distributors to ensure consistent communication of product information.
• Own the Terminal Check Process, develop and improve standardized checklists, conduct inspections and produce readiness reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating product development and launch activities.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with design, sales, quality, manufacturing and distribution teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on detail and timeline management.
