About the role

Talents2Germany is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its mission of connecting international tech talent with German employers. This fully remote position serves the African market and requires a blend of strategic thinking and meticulous execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and execute content marketing, SEO, and LinkedIn growth strategies.
• Plan and run email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Manage CRM data, prepare webinars, and create graphic/video assets.
• Optimize landing pages and customize sales offers.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation and produce high‑quality presentations, proposals, and employer‑facing materials.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, accurate work.
• Ability to view communications from the employer’s perspective and continuously improve messaging.
• Strong analytical mindset to spot inconsistencies and identify improvement opportunities.
