Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Marketing Supervisor to lead the planning, execution and coordination of marketing activities that strengthen our brands, increase market visibility and support sales growth. The role works closely with Sales, Showroom, Product and other internal teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives, monitoring performance and recommending improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand implementation across showrooms, promotional materials, digital platforms and other customer touchpoints.
• Plan and coordinate brand promotion activities, product launches, campaigns, exhibitions and events.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, monitoring performance and lead generation.
• Coordinate showroom and trade marketing initiatives, including point‑of‑sale material placement and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and prepare intelligence reports to support product and marketing decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing supervision or a similar role.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Showroom and Product.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
