Medical Representative (CRM) – Fixed-Term

About the role

The Medical Representative drives customer interactions and sales performance for Novartis, acting as the face of the customer‑experience approach. The role focuses on building deep, compliant relationships with healthcare professionals to deliver value for customers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth by identifying high‑potential HCPs and orchestrating positive customer experiences.
• Engage and build relationships with HCPs through value‑based conversations and personalized engagement journeys.
• Gather and share customer insights to inform product content, campaigns and interaction plans.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that meet unmet patient needs.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events or special cases within 24 hours of receipt.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales, preferably in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
• Demonstrated achievement orientation, self‑motivation and strong customer‑service focus.
