Member of Technical Staff - AI Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff in AI Engineering to design, develop, and deploy large‑scale AI/ML models. This full‑time remote position focuses on high‑performance inference systems and collaborates closely with software and infrastructure teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines, covering model training, inference optimization, and deployment.
• Build and maintain high‑performance computing infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Integrate AI models into production applications alongside software engineers.
• Optimize model performance using quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration techniques.
• Research and apply cutting‑edge AI/ML methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Familiarity with distributed computing tools like Apache Spark or Dask.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of model deployment tools (ONNX, TensorRT) and inference optimization.
