Member of Technical Staff – AI Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models at scale. This full‑time remote position focuses on high‑performance inference systems and works closely with cross‑functional teams to embed AI capabilities into production services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines, covering model training, inference optimization, and deployment.
• Build and maintain high‑performance computing infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production applications.
• Optimize model performance using quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration techniques.
• Research and apply cutting‑edge AI/ML methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong background in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with distributed computing and large‑scale data processing.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
