MEP Construction Supervisor – High‑Rise Projects

About the role

Tatu City is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations for high‑rise residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use developments. The role bridges engineering design and field execution, ensuring projects meet international standards and are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee structural and MEP works in multi‑story developments, ensuring integration from basement plant rooms to rooftop equipment.
• Direct daily activities of mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors, review shop drawings and monitor installations for compliance.
• Implement rigorous QA/QC inspection protocols, verify materials and workmanship, and conduct audits with corrective actions.
• Supervise pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities, including pressure tests, equipment start‑ups and system performance validation.
• Coordinate with utility providers for timely water, power, gas and telecom connections and resolve site‑utility conflicts.
• Enforce health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, lead toolbox talks and promote a zero‑incident culture.
• Prepare detailed site progress reports, track milestones and communicate risks or delays to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 10 years of MEP construction experience, preferably on high‑rise residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
