Microsoft Program Manager – Regional Execution Lead (CSP)

About the role

The Regional Execution Lead – Microsoft CSP drives revenue growth for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider services across Africa. Reporting to the Regional Business Head – Cloud, the role combines sales execution, partner enablement, and operational discipline to meet aggressive revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional Microsoft CSP revenue targets, ensuring forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Expand the CSP channel footprint by onboarding, activating, and scaling partners across multiple countries.
• Lead strategic partner relationships, develop joint business plans, and run regular execution cadences.
• Collaborate with Microsoft field and Partner Success Services (PSS) teams to align deals and co‑sell opportunities.
• Run weekly revenue and pipeline reviews, track deal progression, and enforce execution discipline.
• Lead Assistant Product Managers and Brand Sales Managers, focusing on high‑impact partners and deals.
• Manage CSP pricing, discount governance, and renewal pricing decisions.
• Drive proactive renewal, recapture, and churn management to minimize revenue leakage.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in Microsoft CSP, cloud distribution, or partner ecosystem roles.
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets, channel expansion, and multi‑country execution.
• Strong sales, partner management, and execution mindset.
• Ability to lead teams and enforce disciplined operating cadences.
